Chigboro Fishery in Essex is a popular Troutmasters water with excellent facilities including a licensed lodge and restaurant. Open from March 9th through to February 17th this venue offers superb fishing almost all year round. This is one of the few stillwaters in the area that features Salmon in addition to the challenges of Brown Trout, Blue Trout and Rainbow Trout. The largest Rainbow at this venue weighed in at an impressive 19lb 12oz, although the average catch is normally around 2lb 8oz.
