<description>Our Club, Colwick Fly Fishers enjoyed a very successful day out at Eyebrook on Saturday 28th.April. We comprised a mix of novices &amp;#38; experienced anglers and all caught on this occasion. Our thanks goes to our vice chairperson, Rosemary Gun vice chair CFFC, who arranged the event. The fishery manager Andy Miller is to be congratulated on his sheer professionalism and genuine support of visiting guests.
It has been a long time since I have seen so many buzzers hatching and the hatch lasted all day. We also enjoyed the spectre of an Osprey, the bird glided gracefully back and forth trying to pick up a fish. If it had only asked me I'd have given it one from my catch of fourteen ( sorry Andy but I do like to look after the birds)as it did try within six feet of our boat.

So if you really want to enjoy a days fishing with buzzers, located in one of the most scenic fishers, get down to Eyebrook. I'm sure Andy will make you just as welcome as he did us.

As someone famous said,&quot; I'll be back,&quot; and I hope it wont be too long.
