    On 1st September 2006 I managed to visit Clay Lane Farm Trout Fishery for a four hour evening session. The weather was cool in contrast to earlier visits. I caught three decent sized rainbows of around two pounds each, all on a Cat’s Whisker, in the pool nearest the road.
